Fees for legal document preparation and legal consulting depends on factors such as the amount of time necessary to complete the service requested, and the complexity of work involved.

For certain types of services, we accept flat fee or contingent fee arrangements, however, our standard legal fees are charged at hourly rates. During your initial consultation, we can determine which type of fee structure is best suited to your situation and provide an estimate for your total legal costs.

Initial consultations require an appointment. Please be advised that we do not offer a free consultation over emails and/or phone. All initial consultations are conducted in person and are limited to 45 minutes with a non-refundable fee of $75. Execution of a retainer agreement is not required at that time, while our discussion remains strictly confidential.
