All consultations require an appointment and  the payment is due upon confirmation of your appointment. (See cancellation policy below.) Execution of a retainer agreement is not required at the initial meeting, while our discussion remains strictly confidential. Should you decide to retain us within 30 days, we will credit the consultation fee towards your attorney’s fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: $150.00 cancellation fees apply to all cancellations received prior to 72 hours of your appointment. PLEASE BE ADVISED that NO refunds will be issued for all cancellations received within 72 hours of your appointment.
