Dana Haver is a licensed California attorney who primarily focuses on estate planning and probate guardianships. Ms. Haver also assists clients with certain family law matters. Ms. Haver obtained her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from California Western School of Law. Some of Ms. Haver’s law school academic achievements include (1) graduating in the top 10% of her class, (2) receiving a Dean’s Honor List Award for three semesters, (3) receiving an honors designated concentration in Employment Law, and (4) receiving the Highest Grade Award in Advanced Negotiation, Legal Writing and Ethics, Children and the Law, and Bankruptcy. In addition, Ms. Haver received a Wiley E. Manuel Award for providing at least 50 hours of pro bono legal services to modest means clients while working as a legal intern for San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program (SDVLP).
Ms. Haver previously worked as an elementary school teacher for 9 years. She became inspired to earn a law degree while serving on the teachers’ association collective bargaining team. In addition to a law degree, Ms. Haver holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a California Teaching Credential from California State University San Marcos.
When she is not practicing law, Ms. Haver enjoys sailing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
