All consultations require an appointment, and payment is due at the time of booking to secure your session (see cancellation policy below). Appointments can be booked up to 60 days in advance. Your discussion remains strictly confidential, and there is no obligation to execute a retainer agreement during this initial meeting. If you choose to retain our services within 30 days, your consultation fee will be credited toward your flat attorney's fees.

Standard consultations with our Principal Attorney, Ikuko Sano, Esq., are available on Thursdays at our main Carlsbad office (North County San Diego) or via Zoom.

• Want to meet at a different location? In-person availability at our alternate office locations is limited and scheduled around the attorney’s travel. Please call us at 800-590-0586 to inquire about upcoming regional availability.

• Need an urgent or off-schedule meeting? If you have an urgent matter or require a time outside our standard schedule, call us directly at 800-590-0586 to request an accommodation. An additional $150 fee applies to all bookings made outside of our posted hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A non-refundable $50 fee applies immediately upon booking; however, your first rescheduling request is complimentary, with subsequent requests incurring a $50 fee. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment are ineligible for a refund. If you choose to retain our services within 30 calendar days, the consultation fee will be applied toward your flat legal fees
