Our standard initial consultations are held on Thursdays at our main office in Carlsbad, CA (Northern San Diego) or via Zoom video conference. We occasionally offer in-person meetings at our other locations when our attorney is traveling to those offices. For urgent requests or if you wish to meet outside our standard availability, please contact us at 800-590-0586. An additional fee of $150 applies to all consultations outside the availabilities posted on our booking site.

All consultations require an appointment, and payment is due to confirm your appointment. (See cancellation policy below.) Execution of a retainer agreement is not required at the initial meeting, and our discussion remains strictly confidential. Should you decide to retain our services within 30 days, we will credit the consultation fee toward your flat attorney's fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A $150 cancellation fee applies to ALL cancellations once your appointment is booked. Rescheduling is allowed once at no cost. Please note that NO refunds will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you decide to retain our services within 30 calendar days, we will credit the consultation fees towards your flat legal fees.
